Meet Dr. Allie Frounfelter, DDS

Dr. Allie Frounfelter combines exceptional clinical skills with a natural ability to connect with patients, making dental visits comfortable and even enjoyable. As a second-generation dentist following in the footsteps of her father, Dr. Richard Moll, she brings both inherited wisdom and fresh perspectives to patient care. Dr. Allie graduated with a biochemistry degree from DePauw University in 2006 before earning her dental degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2011. Her leadership qualities and dedication to the profession earned her the prestigious Special Honor Award from the Indiana Dental Association at graduation.

Dr. Allie’s path to dentistry began during summer breaks spent working in her father’s office. She witnessed the genuine relationships he built with patients and how he balanced a fulfilling career while remaining actively present in family life. These experiences shaped her understanding that dentistry extends far beyond clinical procedures to encompass trust, communication, and genuine care for each person who sits in the chair. This foundation inspired her to create similar meaningful connections with her own patients.

What sets Dr. Allie apart is her infectious enthusiasm for her work. She genuinely doesn’t view dentistry as a job but rather as an opportunity to make a positive difference in people’s lives every single day. Her approach creates an atmosphere where both team members and patients feel valued and comfortable. She finds joy in helping patients overcome dental anxiety, achieve their smile goals, and leave the office feeling better than when they arrived. This positive energy permeates the entire practice.

Away from the office, Dr. Allie and Dr. Adam raise their three daughters, Emme Bain, Etta Marie, and Ellie June, in Evansville. She maintains an active lifestyle through hiking and hot yoga while also enjoying culinary adventures at new restaurants paired with good wine. Each spring, she hunts for morel mushrooms, combining her love of nature with the thrill of discovery. Many patients are surprised to learn she was a competitive figure skater from age five through high school.
